Crown Court Church of Scotland, Covent Garden : Members of the Church of Scotland first came to London for the Union of Crowns in 1603, when James VI of Scotland became James I of England. The congregation moved to the present Covent Garden location in 1719, although records of the Crown Court Church of Scotland or 'Kirk of the Crown of Scotland' date from 1711, making it the longest established Presbyterian church in England. The original church building was replaced by the existing one in 1909.

Original post cards are now available at the church!
